Legal Experience:
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Pat was a member of the real estate and land development community, experience on which she frequently relies to enhance her representation of property owners and developers.

Pat's practice often focuses on matters relating to zoning, planning, and growth management, as well as the assessment of off-site improvement costs and impact fees. In addition to her traditional real estate practice and issues generally related to small business, Pat is often called upon to assist with resolving matters relating to access and Class VI roads.
Pat is a member of the New Hampshire and Maine Bars as well as the American Bar Association. She remains a member of the New Hampshire Home Builders and Remodeler's Association, is a member of NAHB's LANDS network of land use attorneys as well as an associate member of the NH Land Surveyors Association.
